Kelli is so grateful to make her National Tour debut as Assistant Dance Captain and Swing in The King and I starring Laura Michelle Kelly and Jose Llana! After being part of the closing Broadway company, Kelli is thrilled to continue her journey with this beautiful production!
Kelli has been very fortunate to perform in every touring city since her onstage debut at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco! She had a blast doing an Instagram takeover for Actors' Equity Association to celebrate National Swing Day on January 18, 2017. Recently, Kelli debuted her seventh track and got to perform as Royal Court Dancer. It was her busiest Swing week yet! She performing six and a half shows in four different tracks, including her first split track! The King and I is currently playing at Oriental Theatre in Chicago!
Some photos from our first city: Providence, Rhode Island. Happy Opening at Providence Performing Arts Center!
Kelli popped her "Broadway Bares cherry" and participated in Broadway Bares 2016: On Demand! The parody of late-night horror flicks, Scared Stiff, was choreographed by Sidney Erik Wright with Barrett Davis and Fight director Adele Rylands. The amazing 80's realness was brought to life by costume designers Sam Brooks and David Kaley. Kelli doubled as one of the horny, adventurous teens (aka The Beckys) and Samara, the girl from The Ring.
Kelli closed the Tony Award-winning revival of The King and I at the Vivian Beaumont Theater in Lincoln Center on June 26, 2016. Here are some highlights from her time in the cast, including backstage memories, the 1 Year Anniversary party, Closing party and more!
